Customer Service Store Policies TMS Racing, Inc and kartingstore.com would like our customers to understand a few basic policies. Returns Policy: We stand behind every product we sell. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to sending products back, our technical experts may be able to help you without need for product return. Shipping Policy: Please note that some products require special shipping and handling. You will be notified via email or phone if your order requires special handling or freight shipping. Backorder Policy: Occasionally some products may not be availiable. You will be notified via email or phone if your order cannot be filled. Overseas Ordering: If you are located outside the United States please be aware that there are additional requirements. Orders to be shipped overseas must be paid via credit card and the card must process succesfully before items are shipped. This may add up to 14 days prior to shipment. All duties and taxes are the customers responsibility, if you are unsure of how to this works please contact a customs broker prior to ordering. Binding Arbitration: Any legal claims against TMS Racing, Incorporated, Kartingstore.com, it's owners, agents or employees are subject to binding arbitration in the state of Arizona, USA.
